Refund & Return Policy

At The Honest Close, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms for refunds and returns.

Returns

• Physical products (such as books) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Digital products (such as eBooks, downloads, or courses) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• All refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee, which covers payment processing and administrative costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund (minus the 6% processing fee) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
