• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal service issues or unforeseen circumstances.

• Tracking numbers (if available) will be included so you can monitor your order’s progress.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international locations. Availability will be shown at checkout.

• Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
